About

Empowering Minds, Transforming Lives.

My dream to start a private practice as a licensed psychologist began, because I am deeply passionate about helping individuals lead healthier, more fulfilling lives. Throughout my career, I have witnessed the profound impact that personalized, compassionate care can have on a person's mental and emotional well-being. I wanted to create a space where clients can feel heard, supported, and empowered. By establishing my own practice, I can ensure that each client's needs are met with the highest level of care and professionalism. My approach is rooted in empathy, evidence-based therapy, and a deep understanding of the complexities of the human mind. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, racial identity, trauma and more, primarily work with adults and couples. At IPS, I use a variety of therapeutic techniques including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), mindfulness and others, tailored to each person's unique needs and goals. I believe in creating a non-judgmental, supportive atmosphere, I employ a collaborative and holistic approach to ensure each session aligns with the client’s personal goals, encouraging meaningful progress at their own pace. Outside of my work, I enjoy spending quality time with my family, staying active at the gym, solving challenging puzzles, and unwinding with a good movie or video game. Whether you're dealing with a specific issue or simply looking for support in managing life's stressors. I'm here to help guide you toward a more fulfilling and balanced life. Contact me today to schedule a consultation and start your journey toward healing and self-discovery. (License no. TX#40056; PSYPACT/APIT#20792; LPC-S#71569)
